He holds a Master of Arts in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) and graduated with Honours from the Immigration Consultant Program at Humber College. His graduate studies and research focused on Canadian immigration policy, regional immigration programs, and immigrant settlement and retention.
Combining professional immigration practice with an academic understanding of Canada’s immigration and settlement system, Brian provides strategic and practical guidance across a range of immigration matters, including permanent residence, Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, work and study permits, family sponsorship, and other temporary and permanent residence applications.
